01What is collected

Only what you send through the message form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The subject of your message
• The message itself

That is delivered straight to my mailbox by email. There is no database behind this site, so no copy is kept on the server — the message exists only in my inbox, exactly as if you had emailed me directly.

02What is not used

To be explicit, this website does not:

• Set any cookie, for any purpose.
• Store anything in local or session storage.
• Use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
• Embed third-party scripts, pixels, fonts or social widgets.
• Build profiles of visitors or track you across other sites.
• Sell, rent or share personal information.

Everything the site serves comes from its own domain. Fonts are self-hosted; no request leaves for a third party while you read it.

03Keeping the form usable

To stop the message form being abused by bots, the server applies a rate limit. It does this by hashing the requesting IP address and counting recent submissions against that hash, in memory.

The address itself is never stored, never written to disk, and the hashes are discarded automatically as the time window passes.

04How your message is used

To read it and reply. That is all.

Your address is used to answer you and is not added to any mailing list. Messages are kept for as long as the conversation is useful and deleted when it is not.

05Why this is lawful

Where data protection law such as the UK or EU GDPR applies, the bases are:

• Consent — you choose to fill in and send the form.
• Legitimate interests — keeping the site free from automated abuse, and being able to answer enquiries that are sent to it.

06Who else is involved

Two providers necessarily handle the data in transit: the platform hosting the site, and the SMTP provider that delivers the email. Both act on instruction and not for their own purposes.

Like any web server, the host may keep short-lived operational logs — a URL, a timestamp, an IP address — to serve pages and protect against abuse. That processing belongs to the host; none of it is collected or retained by this site.

07Your rights

You may ask what is held about you, request a copy, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, or complain to your local data protection authority.

Because nothing is stored here, a request usually means deleting an email thread. Write to contact@h4sib.pro and it will be done.

08Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent a message through the form, tell me and it will be deleted.

09Changes

If the site ever starts collecting or storing something new, this page will be updated before that happens, not after. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
